This question type provides administrators with two options:
- Input Text – users are expected to provide an answer
- Display Text – users will see displayed text for information purposes

Question
Text can contain alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], basic punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Options
Single Line – each answer can contain alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], basic punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Paragraph – each answer can contain alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], basic punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Serial Number – each answer can contain pre-defined alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Characters
Min Char – the minimum number of characters allowed
Max Char – the maximum number of characters allowed
Controls
Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question
Address Question – the system knows that this is a list of addresses

If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
