Rear – users are required to scan using their device’s rear camera
Front – users are required to scan using their device’s front camera

Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question
If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
