The App can be used offline. It is useful when your device has no Internet connection or in a bad reception area.
To use Offline Mode on your device, simply set Airplane Mode On
While in Offline Mode Users will not be able to refresh Forms & Surveys or Sync collected Responses. For that, you will need to connect to the Internet.
In some cases, when there is no Internet connection or bad reception, the App might become slow or unresponsive. As a solution, we advise setting your device in Offline Mode while using the App.
