It is useful to link only one Response at a time if you want to limit access to the rest of your data.

1. You can link Response to a User using Link Response option in its tools area
2. In a pop-up window select Users you want to give access to your Response
3. Users without direct access to a Form will see only linked Responses
Responses can also be linked on an individual response window.
If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to Link Responses. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your Administrator.
