Date Format
Administrators can pre-define date format
Date Range
Min Date – the minimum date users are allowed to select
Max Date – the maximum date users are allowed to select
Controls
Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question
If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
