Drag & Drop questions onto the Active Questions Area

Double Click
Double click on a Question Type, and it will appear at the end of your Active Questions Area

You can move questions within the Active Questions Area

Move
Drag & Drop questions to reposition within the Active Questions Area
If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
