The Menu has options: Surveys, Profile, Settings and Terms
- Surveys – all of your assigned Mobile Forms & Surveys
- Profile – shows your Account Name, Username and Total Responses Sent
- Settings – shows your Device ID and has options: Screen-Always-On and Notifications (iOS only)
