Text can contain alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], basic punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Camera
Rear – users are required to take photos using their device’s rear camera
Front – users are required to take photos using their device’s front camera
Controls
Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question
Allow Access To Photo Gallery – users are allowed to attach images from their Photo Gallery
If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
