How do I change my Subscription Plan?

When you Sign Up to our service, you are assigned to an active Subscription Plan with its pricing displayed on our landing page. You can not actively change to your Subscription Plan that is already assigned to your Account.

We might review your account and decide to better your Subscription Plan or apply a Discount. This can be done based on one of the following circumstances:

  • Within one month after you signed up we have introduced a new Subscription Plan that is more favourable to our Users
  • You represent a charitable organization or charity whose primary objectives are philanthropy and social well-being (e.g. educational, religious or other activities serving the public interest or common good)
  • You are one of our partners
