Create a User

Navigate to Users window where you will see Create User option

  1. Select Account Type, User Type and User Status. Here you can leave Administrators Notes too.
  2. Enter Username and Password.
  3. Enter User personal information.
  4. Set preferences for Email Notifications.
  5. Select if you like to send an Invitation Email to join the system to a User.
  6. Select the appropriate User Role.
  7. Link Responses from App Users. Every response summited by selected App Users will be visible to Web User you are creating.
  8. Assign Forms to your Web User. App Users can be assigned Forms as well.

If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to Create a User. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your Administrator.
